How to Stop Negative Thinking in a World that Normalizes Stress Living is Your Biggest Flex in Your Human Toolkit.

BRINGING YOUR BIOLOGY BACK INTO ALIGNMENT & INTO NATURALNESS ONCE MORE IS YOUR OPTIMAL HEALTH AND YOUR THINKING PATTERNS HAVE A GOOD INFLUENCE ON GETTING YOU THERE.

It is a weird vibe that we as humans experience such a range of emotions based on our thinking patterns yet the indoctrination of most of the leaders that have fabricated the structure of society were programmed that demonstrating emotion is a weakness.

How to stop negative thinking

Additionally, enforcing misogynistic ideals that the female species was somehow inferior to them was a pattern of thinking that was supported for centuries.

It is wonderfully beautiful when a man can be a man in his masculinity, but it does not have to come into being by way of diminishing the influence of the feminine power that yields the cultivation and breeding of human lifeforce.

Fast forward to the twilight zone feels of today’s humanity who live by structures of thought that are so disturbingly detached from the naturalness of the Earth.

Not to mention being technologically absorbed to their deficit of balanced living that they are masking themselves and opening themselves up to chemical destruction of their own bodies intelligence without a second thought about it.

Who Is Thinking Up These Ways of Being in the World and Then Getting Others to Jump on the Bandwagon to Join Them?

And not only that, women are not only now in the position of the leaders but the world view of humanity has become so skewed in its naturalness that cross genderism is an actual thing.

What happened to developing our masculine and feminine qualities in peace, acceptance and nurturing balance? What is with the need to mutilate and change that which is already divinely pure and natural? Unless of course, you are perpetuating THOUGHT FORMS of non-acceptance and have divorced your ideals and morals from the NATURAL WORLD.

I have encountered 3 transgenders in my life experience and not a one of them had balanced or healthy state of being or mind and send me your hate if you must, but it is my evidence of experience and therefore view that our world has gone askew in what we mentalize our relationships to as healthy and dignified human living.

When you seek the logic of the human condition it is evident that most structures are much more complex and disempowering than can be yielded with the path of the least resistance of common sense and cause and effect.

People are people and it is my view you have to let people be who they are. Provide in people with knowledge for their most optimal life is a sweet vibe!

Knowledge is how to stop negative thinking

But not just in theory but in actual practice. This big wide world of ours has demonstrated that anything is possible with the chaos omnipresent in imbalanced and skewed dictates that are being normalized as healthy dignified human living.

Whether it be at the hands of racism, political corruption and greed, human trafficking or chemically laden produce and abhorrent animal abuse, we as humans can do way better than what we are indoctrinated to believe we are able.

The world views that people are mutually mentalizing are programmed in a fashion that is permeated in a state of victimization, disempowerment and lacking self ownership.

The other day I came down to my home office to look out the window and find a petrified being hiding in my sons Home Depot built fort he constructed from the gift cards he received at Christmas time.

It is an awesome headquarters for my little nine year old dude and I am most proud of him and his Papa Bear for having built such a great structure from their imaginations.

It depletes the feel of that when I find a triple masked and double gloved man with his dog crouching inside of his fort looking completely unhinged and petrified.

I have endured enough unboundaried and invasive energy to my being in this youthful 41years of my life experience to be able to empathize with such a state that rather than punish the man with judgement, instead offer a branch of compassion and understanding.

How to stop negative thinking with love

I am adept at understanding the nature of the human biological experience of inordinate trauma to the body and brain and you can basically classify all humans by their own acumen of how they are managing their own regulation of peace within.

The body and brain system is a magnificent intelligence, but when this intelligence is not honoured and impacted by repeated undignified treatment of stress, then the results of that are palpable and evident.

This man whom I found in my son’s fort was in an evident state of fear and stress and thought it of good value to trespass upon the safety of the space my partner and I create for our beautiful child.

It is beautiful aspect of my life experience to have come completely into mine own empowerment and been gifted the acumen and skills to empower and enhance the life experiences of others who may need support.

I myself am in a peaceful and coherent biology at long last and therefore did not react with fear, judgement or trepidation.

Instead, a compassionate feel of kindness and understanding to this troubled Soul seeking refuge in my child’s play area.

I stated the facts of his presence and once that awareness was put to him, he left with no resistance and no harm to either one of us.

How to stop negative thinking

We as humans are co-regulators of one another and it is a sweet feel to be able to guide and support one another should our social dynamics require it.

To be generating such fear and dissolution into the world is the work of limited and greedy perspectives and humans are far more vibrant and capable than what is projected to them as a standard of healthy and dignified living.

The main fundamental human rights and freedoms that are a natural axiom to living in a democratic society have been skewed greatly, however with education and propulsion of experience within those frames of education, one can harness a very powerful and dynamic creativity in their own layer of the world in which they create for themselves.

In order for you to be an empowerment ambassador to your own well-being, it is a good feel to get a hold of how you mentalize your human experience.

Having a knowledge base of pitfall thought patterns can only prove to support you in your human experience.

How to stop negative thinking

1. PARALYSIS BY ANALYSIS

HOW TO STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND ALIGN YOUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE

Are you stewing and ruminating in anxious thoughts? Are you creating a paralysis for yourself by analyzing in ways that are irrational and rooted in ruminating and victimizing ideas?

Paralysis by analysis is the kind of pitfall thinking pattern that prevents any momentum forward or productivity in action from moving forth.

It is stewing in thoughts that are not entirely useful to your trajectory forth.

Examples of PARALYSIS BY ANALYSIS THINKING :

1. I wonder why I didn’t get that job I really wanted. I wonder if it is because I blew my nose during the interview. It is a natural thing to need a Kleenex but maybe it turned them off from me and turned them off from hiring me.

2. My co-worker was chosen for the promotion and I was not. My boss said she would consider me but maybe because her husband is flirtatious with me, she didn’t choose me for the position. She said she isn’t bothered by it and that her husband is just a friendly guy, but maybe it really does bother her and that is why she didn’t pick me.

3. I wonder why Michael was put as the lead on the project and not me. Does my boss like him better than me? Did I make all kinds of mistakes and errors and this is why I wasn’t chosen? She sometimes looks at me funny and I can’t seem to read her….I wonder…..(and so on)

These kinds of situations demonstrate PARALYSIS BY ANALYSIS in that you are in your head, ruminating about potentials that are nowhere rooted in any kind of discernible fact.

Being able to catch yourself and see your own style of thinking in regards to rejection or being passed over for opportunities means that you are not hindered by a paralysis in your thinking patterns which determine the success of your trajectory forward.

1. I am worthy of the work I desire. If I didn’t get the promotion, I am still worthy of one and I am sure my opportunity will be coming soon.

2. There is plenty of opportunity for everyone. If I behave in an appropriate and professional manner, there is no reason as to why I should not receive promotion within my field of work.

3. I am happy for Michael he received the lead on the project. I too, can achieve these results for myself. Maybe there is something I can learn from him.

NOTE the difference in attitude and focus of thought in the examples above. The first lend itself to paralysis by analysis that lead you to more anxiety and ruminations. The second three examples denote a confidant and balanced perception and thought process.

It takes you out of victimization and puts you in empowerment. YOUR THINKING.

How to stop negative thinking and unlock your potential

2. PERMANENCE

HOW TO STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND ALIGN YOUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE

This negative thinking pattern known as permanence yields a false assumption within you that if something is a problem now, then it will always be a problem, permanently.

When we have memories within us that are charged with emotion, they can be lit up by a phenomenon in the brain called MOOD-CONGRUENT RECALL.

If the emotional charge of the memory is of a negative nature it will create the effect within you that you will remain in this state for future experiences you have.

Examples of PERMANENCE Thinking

1. Since my brother died I just can’t seem to find happiness. I know it has been a year since he passed but every time I think of him I feel such sorrow and lost hope. It feels like I will never feel joy or happiness again.

2. Since my dog Kippy died I haven’t been able to stop crying. Every time I think of him I cry some more or if I see a dog that looks like him, I well up with tears. I will never be able to feel happy again.

3. The producer at the animation studio didn’t care much for my practical joke sense of humour and now I will never get another job opportunity again.

Below are alternative and PURPOSEFUL thoughts that you can cultivate and choose for yourself to engage a more positive and healthy state of mind.

1. I can get the proper grief support to help me process the loss of my brother. With the right investment into my own grief process I hope to come to a place where I can appreciate and honour the life he was able to live.

2. It is natural for me to feel sad after the loss of my dog Kippy. He was a great dog and I loved him so much. I do feel a great loss and maybe one day I will feel up to getting another dog. Life is a cycle and although I miss him greatly, I have to accept that he is no longer with me.

3. I have a great sense of humour and can always find the right environment in which it will be appreciated.

NOTE the difference in attitude and focus of thought in the examples above. The first lend itself to PERMANENCE THINKING that lead you to stagnation station and a dead in for motion forward.

The second three examples denote a confidant and balanced perception and thought process.

It takes you out of victimization and puts you in empowerment. YOUR THINKING.

Personalization thinking pattern

3. PERSONALIZATION

HOW TO STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND ALIGN YOUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE

This pattern of negative thinking is a mind focus of blame on the self if things do not go your way, even if the result has absolutely nothing to do with you.

Reading into nonverbal cues such as looks or mannerisms as if to be offended by them when they have nothing to do with you.

Creating a state of victimization within as if all the negative and unyielding results are personally your responsibility and doing when in fact, it is just a matter of circumstance.

Examples of PERSONALIZATION THINING:

1. Rob just gave me a dirty look. I wonder if he has a hate on for me? He has a dirty look often when I look at him. I wonder why he hates me so much? What did I ever do to him?

2. I sent out all these applications and no one has contacted my for an interview. What is wrong with me? Why can I not get a job? What is it about me that is so defective?

3. My marriage has failed and it is all my fault.

2. I sent out many resumes and applications. Although no one has contacted me yet, I am sure I am capable to receive one of the multiple opportunities available to me. I am skilled and worthy so it should just be a matter of time, really.

3. Marriages involve two people. I can take responsibility for my portion of the dynamic and learn from all that has brought me here to this place. I am worthy of a successful relationship and will use this as a learning opportunity should I choose to reconcile or remarry.

How to stop pervasive thinking

4. PERVASIVENESS

HOW TO STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND ALIGN YOUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE

This kind of pitfall negative thinking pattern is a kind of perspective where the individual sees a negative event as something that is global rather than specific. When PERVASIVENESS THINKING has taken over you lose your ability to rationalize your experience where something bad in one area of your life has now spread to all areas of your life experience.

Examples of PERVASIVENESS THINKING:

1. I just weighed myself and my weight is way over what I had expected. I am gutted and think I must look really disgusting. I am canceling my plans for dinner tonight with my friends and just stay home.

2. I stuttered a little during the interview. I am such a loser and have always had a hard time being clear with my words. They are never going to hire me and I will never be able to have another successful interview again. I might as well just give up and accept that I will never work again.

3. My first girlfriend broke up with me. All girls must think I am totally damaged goods. I will never find another girlfriend again and all girls will want to break up with me so I am just going to stop trying.

Below are alternative and PURPOSEFUL thoughts that you can cultivate and choose for yourself to engage a more positive and healthy state of mind.

1. I just weighed myself and the results are not what I was expecting. Expectations can be shifted and I know that with the right attitude and persistence I can achieve my perfect weight.

2. I stuttered during the interview. Stuttering can happen to people and need not be a reason that I miss out on any opportunities. My skills and aptitude are not indicative of my stutter and anyone would be lucky to have me as an employee.

3. My first girlfriend just broke up with me. I learned a lot from this experience and after I process the emotional aspects of how this has impacted me, I know I will find another girl who is compatible with me.

Pessimistic thinking

5. PESSIMISM

HOW TO STOP NEGATIVE THINKING AND ALIGN YOUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE

It is a kind of perception of all or nothing. People with this unrealistic expectation do not see gray areas in most situations; hence, they often feel frustrated, bitter, and disappointed.

Examples of POLARIZATION THINKING:

1. If I eat any kind of sugar then my diet has been skewed and my entire day is ruined!

2. If he doesn’t want to go out with me now, he will never want to go out with me.

When a person takes a state as if they are psychic, even though the other person hasn’t communicated anything, this person thinks they know what the other person is thinking. Of course, these assumptions are rooted in the worst case scenarios and usually prompted by feelings of victimization and unworthiness.

Examples of PSYCHIC THINKING

1. My husband didn’t replace my window wipers even though he said he would and I have asked him many times. He must be having an affair!!!

2. My friend didn’t call even though she said she would. She must not respect me or like me anymore and is an inconsiderate person!!!
